Stress in the workplace is a common point of concern in today’s world. A new survey had reported that nearly half of the British employees are experiencing severe mental health issues in their present job. Only half of them were found to discuss the issues with their employers. Even a Deloitte study in 2017 showed that mental health issues cost UK employers between £33 billion and £42 billion in every year.
