The round was jointly invested by Anhui Tongchuang Small and Medium sized Sci Tech Transformation Fund Partnership (L.P.), Shenzhen Tongchuang Angel Phase II Private Equity Venture Capital Fund Partnership (L.P.), Huzhou Nanhui Xunying Venture Capital Partnership (L.P.), and Huzhou Nanxun Xunying Venture Capital Partnership (L.P.). The proceeds will be used for large scale mass production and capacity expansion of core products, R&D investment in next generation technology platforms, recruitment of key talents, and construction of global marketing channels.

Previously, Haogrei Technology had secured support from multiple leading institutions including Tongchuang Weiye, Yuanming Capital, and Su Venture Capital, with cumulative financing reaching nearly 100 million yuan. This fully demonstrates capital market confidence in its technical strength and the prospects of domestic substitution for core components in high end medical imaging.

Breaking International Monopolies: SpaceSpin Sets a New Performance Benchmark for Domestic CT X ray Tubes
Known as the “heart” of a CT system, the X ray tube faces two major technical challenges: enduring extreme heat loads in a confined space, and maintaining long term mechanical stability at tens of thousands of revolutions per minute. Traditional ball bearing tubes suffer from wear, vibration, and failure under high heat and high speeds, creating bottlenecks for tube lifespan and overall CT performance.
Liquid metal bearing technology is widely recognized as the key solution to these pain points, yet the field has long been dominated by international giants. The technical challenges lie mainly in two areas. First, gallium indium tin alloy, which is liquid at room temperature, is highly reactive and tends to react with most metals, weakening grain bonding and causing material pulverization or embrittlement. This process is autocatalytic and accelerates continuously, with enhanced penetration into sealing surfaces especially during high temperature operation. Second, parameters of the liquid metal herringbone spiral bearing—including groove design, helix angle, depth, and clearance ratio—must be precisely controlled; even minor deviations drastically affect lubrication and load capacity.

In terms of operational stability, Haogrei’s self developed high adhesion anti wetting film effectively prevents leakage under cyclic thermal loads of 1,000°C and 75G centrifugal force. Paired with an integrated bearing rotor design, it eliminates leakage risks at the source. For rotational speed limits, the proprietary high load bearing groove passed strict 75G centrifugal testing and stably supports ultra high end CT gantry speeds of 300 RPM. In service life, field verification over 5,000 operating hours confirms a scanning lifespan of up to 1,000,000 seconds, significantly reducing long term operational costs.
Furthermore, Haogrei optimized the X ray tube cathode module for ultra high voltage resistance, providing robust support for high power clinical scenarios. Using uniform cathode field strength technology, the scan interruption arcing rate is minimized, ensuring stable and reliable performance during continuous, high throughput clinical scanning.

Based on this technology platform, Haogrei has launched its first high end CT X ray tube product: Primus 40 Plus.
