Johnson&Johnson announces latest personnel changes

"/Recently, Larry Jones, Global Vice President and Group Chief Information Officer of Medical Technology at Johnson&Johnson (NYSE: JNJ), will leave the world's second-largest medical device manufacturer. He is an executive member of the Johnson&Johnson African American Leadership Council and the Johnson&Johnson Regional Leadership Council for Diversity and Inclusion, as well as a member of Microsoft and Verizon's Healthcare Industry Advisory Board. In 2019, Jones won the award of ITSMF and Harlem Fine Arts Association for his lifelong achievements in the field of technology. He was also nominated as InspireCIO's 2019 New York/New Jersey CIO of the Year.

Jones holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering/Business Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. He also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from St. Peter's University.

02. There have been many personnel changes within a year
Johnson&Johnson Medical Technology has undergone significant personnel changes in the past year.

Just one year ago this month, Ashley McEvoy announced her surprising resignation from her position as Global Chair of Johnson&Johnson Medical Technology. She continued to serve as a consultant until February 2024, after which Tim Schmid took over as the head of the medical device business.

In August of this year, Peter Fasolo, Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer who has been working at Johnson&Johnson for nearly 20 years, plans to retire at the end of this year. Tulio joined Johnson&Johnson in 2003 as a sales representative for the Brazilian market, working in Brazil, the United States, Chile, and Argentina.
