4. Abdominal gas and bloating: Since activated charcoal is considered as a detoxifying agent, it’s good to try this to reduce the symptoms.
5. Joint pain: In case of joint pain, consume turmeric tea since turmeric is an effective anti-inflammatory agent.
6. Bad breath: Before brushing your teeth, swish one tablespoon of coconut oil around your mouth for 15-20 minutes and spit it out. Never swallow the oil as it could upset your stomach.
