Plan PMCF activities in advance: Develop the Post-Market Clinical Follow-up (PMCF) scheme synchronously at the clinical evaluation stage, and take PMCF data as a continuous supplementary source for clinical evaluation, avoiding building the system separately in subsequent stages.
Implement cross-team collaborative control: The registration compliance team and the clinical team jointly maintain an "adverse reaction library", establish a quantitative risk assessment process, and complete the compliance judgment of residual risks and adverse events at one time.
