Baiyunshan said that after his resignation, Huang Haiwen no longer held all positions in the company and its affiliated enterprises.

This is the third senior executive of Baiyunshan to announce his resignation from "all positions" this year, following the resignation of the company's former chairman Li Chuyuan (later officially announced to be dismissed) in July this year and director Zhang Chunbo in August. Reporters confirmed from multiple independent information sources that Huang Haiwen has been taken away by relevant departments for investigation.

It is worth noting that Huang Haiwen, 43 years old, has a resume that partially overlaps with the dismissed Li Chuyuan.

▍Partial overlap in resumes According to the Baiyunshan annual report, Huang Haiwen started working in July 2004 and served as the manager of Shanxi OTC of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Chinese Medicine Factory, the manager of Shandong Marketing Center of East China Region of Baiyunshan Hutchison Company, the deputy marketing director and general manager of the sales department of Jilu District, the general manager of Shandong Marketing Center, the head of the business department and deputy general manager of Guangxi Yingkang, the head of the business department and deputy director of Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical General Factory, and the deputy general manager of Baiyunshan Pharmaceutical Sales Company.

According to the resume, Li Chuyuan has served as the director and party secretary of Guangzhou Baiyunshan Chinese Medicine Factory, the general manager, vice chairman and deputy secretary of the party committee of Baiyunshan Hutchison Company, the general manager, vice chairman and deputy secretary of the party committee of Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Group, the vice chairman of Baiyunshan and the vice chairman of the pharmaceutical company.

After Li Chuyuan became the vice chairman of Baiyunshan, with his participation, the company successfully recovered the "Wang Laoji" herbal tea brand, which once again attracted widespread attention in the industry.
