The National Hospitalist Conference will be held in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the Eldorado Hotel & Spa on September 8-10, 2017. The National Hospitalist Conference is designed to provide physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners with information and skills to improve the care of their hospitalized patients. The focus of the CME conference is on practical management of problems commonly encountered in hospital medicine. An emphasis will be placed on recent advances, up-to-date practices, and guidelines for inpatient care. This 3-day CME conference will provide attendees with up to 15 AAFP Prescribed credits, AMA PRA Category 1 Credits and ABIM MOC points. The objectives for this conference include providing an accurate diagnostic assessment for a broad range of disorders commonly seen in the inpatient setting, utilizing current guidelines in the management of commonly encountered therapeutic issues presented by the hospitalized patient and formulating comprehensive evidence-based interventions and treatment strategies that will lead to the reduction of modifiable risk factors and improved outcomes.
