Gauze sponges or swabs are the disposable medical consumables which is made up of cotton or non-woven gauze. They are used in varied medical procedures to clean wounds or absorb blood with direct pressure. During surgery, they are termed as surgical sponges. These gauze sponges wholesale are available in three sizes: 5.1cm x 5.1cm; 7.6cm x 7.6cm and 10cm x 10cm. They can either be sterile or non-sterile. Even the soaking of skin tissue can be prevented due to the weave design of gauze sponges.
